What Kind of Personality A CEO Must Have?

Basically there are four kind of personalities that every human has. It just different in its portion, which one is more dominant and which ones aren't:
1. Drive (D): some people call it also as "task-oriented". This kind of person will do anything he/she takes to finish tasks/works need to be done. And he/she will always want to finish it as fast as possible so he/she tend to take as many responsibilities as possible. It also tend to dominate other people and its surroundings.
2. Influence (I): this is the other side of Drive (D) or you can say "people-oriented". This kind of person respect human relationships on top of others. They tend to care of other people and sensitive to other people feelings and how his/her image among other. People usually like him/her and will usually has a lot of friends.
3. Stability (S): this kind of person seek stability in life and work. The more consistent and repetitive a work is, the happier he/she is. He/she tend to avoid any kind of risk and changes. He/she will feel uncomfortable with fast changes and too many changes in a short period of time. He/she needs a lot of time to adapt to every kind of modification and changes.
4. Compliance (C): he/she is very detail on checking something, reports, works, and always play by the rules. He/she won't break any existing rules. Rules for him/her is the guidance for him/her to work.
Now you know these four personalities, what kind of combination a CEO must have? The ideal personality combination are ranked as below:
1. a CEO has to have the highest "Drive (D)" among the others. It is needed to keep him/her make necessary decisions to keep the company and business moving forward. He/she will move according to company vision, make required decisions, and keep moving forward despite all obstacles occurred along the way.
2. Ranked second is "Influence (I)". He/she also need to have high in this trait to make a good relationship to his/her team in order for them to work well. He/she should be respecting employees and customers, know how to interact with them. He/she is able to give decent rewards to employees who are performing and motivational punishments to those who don't.
3. Compliance (C). This is also needed just below "D" and "I" to make him/her able check detail problems and find the most suitable solution to it. And this is also to avoid him/her be given false reports.
4. Stability (S): The lowest rank among them all is this. A CEO definitely need to have low stability in order to keep him/her keep on adapting to rapid changes and creating bold innovations.
