How to Find The Right Man on The Right Place.

Now that you know how to promote your product/service to your target market, maybe you have some orders got in now. It is nice to get some orders while you're still able to handle it by yourself. But when the orders start to consistently coming in beyond your expectation, somehow you'll need some other hands to help you with. Beside your business or life partner's hands, this is where you have to build your professional team.

You can start with tracking what kind of work you need help most, in just a certain period of time or even everyday. You can create a position by start with the job description first, what are the routine works that the person have to do. You can jolt down all the works, including the person's line of authority, on whom he/she has to give report to. After that you can make job specification, which is what kind of person that you're looking for. You can add whether it is man/woman, how old is he/she, what level of education that he/she has to have, etc. When they're done, you can name the job title, you can name it from any common job titles like staf or managers, to unique ones for your business like Chief Shoe Giver, just like TOMS'. You can create more than one positions only when you find it really necessary. Unless, I strongly advice to keep your team as small as possible to make it easier to manage.

Once you've confirmed positions that you really need to fill, you can start to make job vacancy ads to some relevant media, like job posting sites, LinkedIn, and even social media. Of course there will be a lot of applicants coming in but usually most of them are not suitable according to your job specification.
